Terms & Conditions
Customers are eligible to receive the voucher of their choice once an appointment with a Future Assist consultant has been attended and completed (including the full completion of client data questionnaire). To attend the initial appointment, customers must satisfy Future Assists’ client qualification criteria. The Future Assist client qualification criterion is: customers must have household income of at least $50,000 p.a; customers must own a property or have mortgage on a property; customers must be less than 55 years of age. If customer is married, both spouses must attend appointment. Final qualification is determined by Future Assist.
